company leh check tak staff gi website maner?

i'm just curious, actually company leh monitor ke kalo staff dia main internet dan tau details mana website dorang gi? ada special software ker? ke nak kena check kat staff punyer pc satu-satu? ada my fren kata tak buleh, dia cumer leh dapat IP address je. kalo dia rajin nak check satu-satu bolehlah dia check. betul ke? risau gak BTW my company is a big co., ada EDP department, so dorang leh detect ke ah??

company mmg leh check..either ko buat kerja ker or just mengedet internet..aku dulu ada pantau student praktikal nih punya kerja..kiranya masa tuh kita leh tgk dia buat apa dkt pc dia..n apa yg dia buat..sebijik akan kuar kat pc ko..kalau dia type email..sebijik2 huruf tu kuar ..tapi dia kena ada setting n ada prog yg bersesuaian..

kalo server kompeni tu ada firewall, firewall tu akan Log semua adress yg user visit. hatta YM sekalipun, firewall akan log as data packet. (depend pada server dan jenis firewall).

bergantung kepada network system company itu.biasanya company besar ada network administration software sendiri boleh detect semua detail pasal semua pc connected.Cookies,history,ip semua boleh detect.Infact boleh buat remote controlling mana2 pc dari pc admin.So hati2la. .Kalau keje tu buat je la keje jgn meliau ke mana2.hehe

semuanya *hampir* boleh dlm dunia IT nih. tu yg kena jaga tatasusila semasa ber tenet nih. actually yg takut tu bukan saja sbb kerana org tahu apa kita buat, tapi kalau kita tak control, org pakai pc kita buat onar, kita yg kena. so password/security admin tu kena la jaga2 juga

my co. nie guna endian firewall. power x endian nih? takderlah surf porn web..nie hah bukak forum cari nie..kalo wat keja pon tak close internet. dulu dorang adalah hantar memo kat staff cakap kalo kantoi surf internet nanti nak tolak profit sharing bonus ...dorang cakap nanti dorang nak beli monitoring software tu..tak taulah dah beli ke belom..

mmg diorang boleh monitor, tapi aku rasa kalau sekadar masuk cari ni should be ok la kot...kalau activity yang tak normal tu mungkin diorang cari la pc mana...even data dah delete pun, ada software forensic yang bleh cari dlm h/disk tu buat bahan bukti...

dia memang dapat tgk address sebijik2 ke or dalam bentuk IP address yg nombor2 tu? rasanya pc admin takder apa-apa kot..sebab EDP dept yg handle benda2 PC nih. tapi so far tak penah lagi ada org kantoi walopon byk yg surf. ntahler.

they can see/log everything (address, ip, port, what you write, what you attach, etc) - depending on what they use, except who actually does the typing (unless they are physically next to you). they are not going to punish you if you're surfing the net here and there. but, just want to let you know that they are monitoring you. basically, be productive. but don't push it.

ada banyak webproxy exist , lagi best kita buat sundiri. Amek satu hosting , dan buh cgi proxy.

i know, memang banyak but all of them are blockable. you may be able to use it initially, but not permanently. they will always find it and they will always know where you go. the only way is if you could mask your lan id, which won't happen because you don't own the equipments (it belongs to your company). even if you own the computer, you don't own the outlet that lets you on the network. they can always shut that particular port down whenever they see suspicious traffic.

even at home, you pay for your own internet access, you don't have full right on it. your isp can always block certain traffics whenever they feel they need to, such as p2p. or, at least limit its bandwidth size (in other word, put a cap on it).
