Looking 4 Gen2 auto gearbox

Hello guys,

I'm driving Gen2 1.6 (M).
Thinking of changing to auto gearbox coz i'll do a lot of city driving starting 1st June (Got transferred from Putrajaya to KL)
I don't think i can survive the horror of traffic jam in KL with this manual.

So any idea where should i go?
Anyone like to swap?
How much it will cost me?

gen2 is using INVECS second generation  a k a INVECS 2 auto GB which is came from mitsubishi .

it is also being used previously by waja sohc enjin.


yesterday, went to chop shop to buy and replace my kaput TD04 , and i saw many waja's hafkat.

maybe u can get the chop shop tokey sell u the GB by piece and not the whole enjin/hafkat.



BTW, by swapping transmission system, u r required by law to get approval from JPJ. if not, if anything happen , u kenot claim insuran....

plez check the JPJ website for further info.......

bagi aku,

kalau nak buat transplant atau apa saja pada enjin.

perkara pertama is to have a reliable pomen... the one you trust ....

lepas tu, baru cari parts yg kita nak tukar tu...

kadang kadang, pomen tu akan ikut kita sekali utk cari barang. sebab dia boleh test dan tengok barang tu ok atau tak.

kadang kdang juga, nak senang, suruh pomen tu belikan... dia akan cas sikit utk kos dia cari barang tu.... tapi at least kita tak penat merayau kat hafkat....
