I'm very interested nak mendalami ilmu baking ni.
Yelah, nak tahu, egg/baking powder/ayak tepung/etc/etc, semua tu, apa impact dia to the resepi.
Ada sesapa yg boleh suggest a good book for this.
setakat ni, cam interested in:
1. Bootcamp for baking - american culinary institute - rm107
2. baking for dummies - rm68
any other ideas?
