ANEKA RESIPI IKAN

salam everyone.... ermm nak tumpang tanya neh.actually aku neh baru je lepas operation jantung..

so biasala orang kata lepas operation neh elok makan ikan haruan,

so nak tanya laa. ape resipi best2 untuk ikan haruan?

ade orang buat sup, tapi satu je ar, ikan haruan ni kan macam hanyir sikit.. so kalo bleh korang bagi ar resipi nak masak ikan haruan yang best2.kalo bleh ilang bau hanyir tu mesti best sikit...

nak minta resepi ikan kerapu.

salam sume forumer2 tegar benang nie...

       sy nak minta tolongla kepada sape2 yg mempunyai resepi ikan kerapu tolonglah share dgn sy yer..
kat umah ade 3 ekor kerapu saiz sederhana besar...beli kat pasar (ade offer)...tapi sy x thu nak masak ape...nak mintak kedai masakkn hubby kate malu...x pernah orang buat...betul ke?????


minta kerjasama dengan anda semua yer,...
trime kasih banyak2...



p/s : mod klu dah ade tolong buatla ape yng patut...
         jenuh sy cari tp mcm xdde resepi untuk ikan kerapu

er, aku penah je suh kedai masakkan 3rasa..tp aku mkn kat kedai tu la..dia amik upah masak ja...


ikan kerapu leh buat gulai..stim...



tak pon ko bg aku sekor...setel satu masalah..hehe

er...kat website kan byk resepi.  the most popular is ikan stim kerapu.  nak suruh kedai masakkan pon boleh.  x dosa pon

ikan kerapu ni ..kalau yg fresh, masak apa pon sedap. Goreng macam tu pon sedap dah.
atau pon wat la sweet sour ke,stim limau pon sedap cuma bila stim ni kena pastikan sisiknya dah tak ada, bukan apa...sisik ikan kerapu ni halus2....kecik2, kalau di goreng garing ok la..krup krap mcm kopok, tp kalau buat masam stim...sisik2 yg tak bersih betul akan menganggu kita makan....

masak 3 rasa pon boleh....masak kicap ke...masak sambal ker...kalau kerapu besar masak asam pedas pom boleh....masak taucu ker....

Assam Fish sedap!! makanan di muar!

Ingredients
Rempah
10 eschallots
2 fresh red chillies
½ head garlic peeled
1½ cm knob of young ginger
½ tsp blachan
400-500g tail end of mackerel or other strong flavoured oily fish
1 stalk lemon grass, bruised with the back of a knife or cleaver
1½ tbsp tamarind pulp mixed with 500ml water, strained through sieve once reconstituted
2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and quartered
2 large red chillies, split lengthwise in half and seeded
2 large green chillies, split lengthwise in half and seeded
Sugar, salt to taste

Preparation
Chop fish into segments cross-wise through the backbone around 5cm thick. Coat fish pieces in a mixture of all purpose flour mixed with a little ground turmeric and lightly fry in oil. Set aside.

Grind rempah in mortar and pestle or food processor into a fine paste. Fry rempah in heavy base non-reactive metal pan over high heat, with couple of tablespoons of neutral flavoured oil, until fragrant.

Add lemon grass, chillies tomatoes and tamarind juice. Bring mixture to boil. Season. It should be a mixture of hot, sweet, sour and salty. Add the fish and let it poach slowly over lower heat.
