Hello..mau tanya..kalau org tu sakit skizorephenia dan setakat bercakap cakap dlm bilik sorang sorang..boleh tak masukkan dia ke dalam wad gila? Sbb kakak saudara pernah ada sejarah masuk wad sbb hilang bukan sbb kes pukul org tapi tak gi temujanji lepas spt keluar ward..dah 6 tahun dah.
Apa perlu buat?

Mungkin,,
Dapatkan semula referral utk next TCA. Kalau dh ada histroy dgn hospital, selalu nya lebih mudah utk dpt appointment dari PSY clinic even penah dari defaulter. |

schizophrenia is a chronic disease dan ada kesan buruknya pada pesakit juga org sekeliling jika tidak ambil meds dan tidak di follow up
awak tentu pernah dengar org schizophrenia hurt others / children / family members sbb dengar voices, kan?

jika ada chance utk hurt self, hurt others, hallucinating semua, dan ada beberapa lagi admission criteria, memang kena admit
tidak semua org yg ada psychiatric illnesses itu perlu di admit, malah sebenarnya, sebahagian kecil je
malah pesakit schizophrenia pun sikit je yg perlu diadmit..

TCA iaitu TCAD diguna utk antidepressants lah
TCA to come again ni tak formal dan mungkin tidak berdaftar dalam medical abbreviations
yg berdaftar ialah OPD dan a few more
yg kami sellau guna iaitu DNA (did not attend) pon abbrev ni utk molecular biology je yg diterima ie DeOxyRiboNucleic Acid

i see, ok but i think abbreviations ni kerap digunakan di uk and us? kat sini ke i yang dah tak aware since jarang ke ward ward. But yeah okay faham, usually used for better understanding in medical records.
