Step into Malaysia’s first Window Experience Zone (WEZ) at Low Yat Plaza, Level 4, which will transform the way consumers shop for PCs. The WEZ is a unique retail zone that brings the complete PC-buying experience to every consumer, and is part of Thunder Match Technology’s retail strategy to bring consumer satisfaction to a new level.
Consumers can explore a premium selection of PCs, gadgets and software categorised into WORK, PLAY or LEARN scenarios to help guide their experience and purchase decisions. THE WEZ will also host training workshops and other hands-on sessions.
To further help consumers find the perfect computer for their needs, the WEZ is helmed by a next-generation tech advisor called the Microsoft Captain. The Microsoft Captain is trained by Microsoft and participating PC Vendors to provide professional and objective advice to anyone; from the seasoned tech enthusiast to the casual internet user.
The Captain is on hand to listen to the consumer’s needs, walk through the PC purchase process, and also show how to maximize the use of their PC with Windows 7, Windows Live Essentials, Office 2010 and other popular software.
