CAR HIJACK AND HIGHWAY ROBBERY

Know what?  Incidentally, a friend of the family's was on her way to the local carrier terminal to pick up a business associate arriving from Penang.  

She set out from the Setia Alam toll plaza at about 9.30pm on her way exiting the toll plaza towards the airport when a Camry knocked into the back of her 4 wheel drive.  At first, she ignored the bump to her car but the driver of the Camry kept signalling her that as if to say that something was wrong with her car.  She then stopped by the roadside to take a look; that was when an Indian guy took a knife out and demanded for her bag; with her handphone, wallet with cash, of course, credit cards, driving licence, identity card and everything in it!

They took away her car and left her stranded on the road.  She then walked to the nearest toll plaza for help and the staff there asked whether she could remember her 'smarttag' or 'touch n go' card number as they would be able to detect where her vehicle would be heading.  Unfortunately, she could not.

However, the staff were very accommodating in giving her a lift to the LCCT to pick up her business associate and to take them back.  It would be good if we can all memorise our 'touch n go' card number.

Kalau kena cam ni jangan sesekali stop by road side tapi teruskan memandu ke balai polis yang terdekat.  Sekarang ni macam2 dia orang gunakan untuk nak merompak.  Ladies be extra careful.

   yes it is... the best way, berhenti kat tpt yg ramai orang.. balai polis is the best!

Kejadian mcm ni ler yg auntie takut sgt nak memandu seorg diri. En suami pun dah pesan byk kali kat auntie supaya berhati2x bila memandu. Mechanic kat tempat service kereta pun pesan yg sama gak.... Seriau....

My sense of direction dah ler kaput.... Kalau kena mcm ni (nauzubillahiminzalik) - jln nak ke Balai Polis pun tak tau - apa tah lagi nak cari Balai Polis....

Lagi satu, auntie takut kalau parking kat basement carpark yg takder org.... Senyap sunyi jer especially hari bekerja... Auntie suka keluar bila org dah pergi kerja - less crowded....

Kenapa ler byk sgt penjahat yg menjadikan dunia ni makin tak selamat?

ini sebab aku jarang2 sangat keluar drive malam.. ada la setahun 2-3 kali je aku keluar malam tu pun kalau urgent sangat2.. malam2 ni banyak sangat jenayah berlaku.. tak dinafikan siang2 pun ada jenayah berlaku tapi tak sekerap malam lah..

   saya pon sangat2 takut nak berjalan ke basement carpark yg sunyi dan tak banyak keta.. mata mexti nak melilau ke kiri kanan takut2 ada yg mengekor dr blakang.. tangan dah standby kunci siap2!
