"HANG" BILA CONNECT DGN WIRE NETWORK

System : microsoft windows xp professional version 2002
Computer :  intel core 2 duo, 2.40ghz, 2.0 gb ram

Jumaat lepas... pc aku tetiba hang / kejung terus masa aku tengah online...
Segala aplication, mouse pun tak gerak. Biler aku nak end task - ctrl alt delete pun tak keluar...
So aku restart ballik few times gak sebab lepas restart, bile aku klik apa2 application, pc akan hang balik..
Tapi bile aku cabut network wire, baru la pc ni normal, takde hang lagi...

Pc ni pc opis.... network wire tu bersambung dengan sharing printer dan internet.
Jadi skrang ni aku bole wat keje tapi tak bole guna printer dan online....
Aku ada cuba sambungkan dengan broadband sendiri pun pc jadi hang jugak...

Harap dapat bagi cara2 penyelesaian.... kalau boleh, tak perlu format...

cuba check ada warning tak masa lepas load windows, ip address conflict ke, atau same pc name with other computer in network.

Kemungkinan komputer tu kena spyware atau trojan yang melakukan spoofing keatas network port tu. boleh download software malwarebytes. gunakan komputer yang lain untuk download software tu lepas tu simpan didalam pendrive dan installkan kat komputer itu. Scan dan remove semua virus atau trojan yang jumpa. sambungkan kabel network selepas itu. Jika masih hang mungkin network controller dah rosak..cuba pasang network kad yang baru dan disablekanyang lama.. Wifi bermaslah.

Atau anda nak cuba cara aku yang paling mudah nih....


disconnect network/apa2 internet.
klik Start, Printer.
tukar Default Printer kepada yang bukan network punya, or CutePDF kalau ada.

p/s: me & my officemate pon jadi mcm tu, sangat slow setiap beberapa saat. agaknya sistem dok carik printer default tu.
