TT ni,agak sukar sungguh memahami situasi beliau...perincikan la problem restart tu blaku mase bile?tgh2 buat keje ke,tgh load windows ke,tgh tgk movie/game ke ape ke....windows update pn autorestart jgak,tapi bkn 1 masalah ksian kt kwn2 nk tulun xtau dr mane nk mula... |

restart tu jadi bila anak aku dok main game, masa tengok movie...... temp rasa2 nye dlm 40-42 je... sebab cpu aku ada display temp. |

kn jelas tu restart mse main game,tgk movie...suspek utama mungkin proc overheat,kalo temp tu 40-45 mse gaming biase kalo ambient temp/suhu skitar/idle kt 32-36 dgn stock cooler,kedua GC tu overheat,problem lain dtg dr driver crashed,failed to recover so hang n auto restart,xsempat view error msj pn,power supply 600w tu da tlebih ckup utk gc,lg pn gc tu xpakai external power kipas pn kecik jer,cube disable automatic restart on system failure, update latest driver GC..monitor temp gc,sbb gc mmg sng capai 50-70C kalo lg plak gc passive/silent cooling,tgh idle temp gc tu,kalo 45++ tu ambient temp mmg panas,ape lg kalo gaming,habis bab temp...bab driver make sure latest stable |

Betul kata NazreenNazari tu, biasanya jika PC restart, kemungkinan masalah dibawah:
1.overheating ,samada habuk,kipas tak berfungsi atau thermal paste/pad dah kering.
2.driver,samada tak update atau incompitable
3.power supply tak cukup power.
1 lagi cuba check kipas heatsink GC HD6570 tu ada pusing ke tak, Kadang-kadang kipas nak faulty dia pusing slow je masa main games atau tak pusing lansung.
Kalau GC yang jenis tak kipas (pasif cooling), dia punya tempreture bergantung pada kipas Processor.Kalau PC restart jika main games untuk GC pasif cooling, sila check kipas serta heatsink processor dan thermal paste.
Untuk masalah awak ni,Jadi seeloknya buka dan check dulu heatsink processor dan GC, check themal paste/pad tu dulu, kalau kering, tukar baru.ok |

laptop aku kena cmni...kuar screen biru,pastu restrart...knp ye?
jadi cmni time aku buka forum ni la..dh 2 kali berlaku...takut tul la...tolong aku

kalo x disable.. kita x dpt baca ape2 error kt blue screen tu... sbb masa blue screen tu cpt sgt kn pastu terus restart

Salam, cuba ambil gambar BSOD tu dan tampal kat sini,
Biasanya ada 4 cara untuk baiki masalah BSOD ini:
- Repair installation Windows (guna recovery partition atau CD windows)jika BSOD berpunca dari Windows corrupt atau terjankit virus dan sila format baru sahaja jika dah takboleh baiki.
- Uninstall driver/software yang bermasalah di safe-mode windows ( Masuk ke safe mode saat masuk ke Windows dengan menekan F8 masa booting Windows, buang driver atau software2 yang menyebabkan Windows mengalami error atau corrupt, restart komputer ) untuk BSOD berpunca dari driver.Korang boleh guna software ni http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/bluescreenview.zip untuk cari software atau driver yang menjadi punca masalah BSOD.
- Cuci sistem HSF komputer jika BSOD berpunca dari hardware terlalu panas
- Cuci servis/tukar Ram jika BSOD berpunca dari Ram
Kat bawah ni ada contoh-contoh bsod yang biasa terjadi pada windows dan cara penyelesaiannya.
