This cool and seemingly cool Japanese invention is a frying machine that cooks fried rice like a seasoned chef. The large chinese-style ladle and deep wok still remain, but gone is the chef that actually does the work of stir-frying the fried rice. Instead it’s the magical combination of a spinning base and a screw-like rotating frying arm that tosses the ingredients continuously around in the hot wok until the fried rice is cooked.All the assistant needs to do is simply to add the ingredients in the correct order at the correct time to produce delicious and well-cooked fried rice. Definitely one ingenious way to cook fried rice quickly and automatically.
