Hi!

We are hiring Senior Service Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and /or post-sales technical and application support to customers including:-
  

• Demonstration, Commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment, and systems.
• Troubleshooting, investigating and resolving technical and application problem that arises in anytime.
• Conduct comprehensive training to customer.
  

• Manage & interpret customer’s requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs and follow up with customer regarding outstanding issues.
• Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure business relationship and develop their future business.
• Persuading clients that a product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• To lead and supervise the service team.
• Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
  

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Electrical / Electronic.
• Min 2-3 years experience in related field.
• Possess own car & willing to travel.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency will be added advantage.
• Customer oriented and enjoy meeting people.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, good interpersonal, self-motivated and strong leadership.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to understand and implement electronics/electrical schematics .
