Customer Service Executive (40) MYR 1800 - 3000 + KPI Allowance Petaling Jaya (Selangor) Responsibilities: •To be a one stop shop to all consumerbanking customers by providing accurate & timely information on product& services, relevant to their needs •Assist customers in fulfilment of theirtransaction or servicing requests via the telephone •Achieve first call resolution in allcustomer interactions, where possible • romote the use of automated channels andits benefits to customers •Acquire new business by proactive tag on& generate new sales opportunities •Leverage on continuous improvement journeyby proposing & giving suggestions/ recommendations on workflowimplementation & productivity improvements Requirements: •Candidate must possess at least aPrimary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, HigherSecondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field. •Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. •At least 1 year(s) of working experiencein the related field is required for this position. • referably Junior Executives specializingin Customer Service or equivalent would be an added advantage. •50 Full-Time position(s) available. •Consistent work history with minimal “jobhopping” on CV.
