Camne nak wat cheese cream/frosting tahan ?

HI, saya nak berniaga kat booth. Biasa klu buat tiramisu ke or apa2 resepi yg guna cream cheese, saya letak kat fridge. Tapi if nak bawa berniaga, takut tak tahan or takut melt... camne ye? Ada cara ke nak wat ianya tahan or tak cair at least for sehari? Thanks

kalau nak bawak niaga ke bOoth...cuba uOls cari satu peti/kOtak gabus putih besar dan isikan dgn ais banyak2.

simpan kek2 yg mempunyai frOsting cream cheese dan sebagainya dlm kOtak tu...

selamat mencuba.

**ada tips dari sifu2 kat sini,utk cream cheese...sebelum decO atau piping atas kek,sila masukkan dulu dlm peti sejuk selama 15-30 minit then baru digunakan.Nampak tahan sket dan x mudah cair la...

penah gak tertanya2 mcm mana nk bg frosting cheese tahan lama kt suhu luar... bole try yg smpn dlu dlm peti sejuk tu nti. thanks.

cuba campurkan dgn shortening dalam adunan icing tu..
so x cepat cair..
ataupun tanya stabilizer kat bakery shop.
