ITSoftware Support Executive

Requirements:

•Male

•Age 23 to 28 years.

•Degree in Information Technology or any ITrelated field

•Good written and oral communications skillsin English and Bahasa Malaysia

•Preferably with minimum 3 years working experience in IT/consumer electroniccompany.

•Good knowledge in networkingenvironment, operating system and IT technology.

•Willing to travel out station when required

•Possess own transport

Responsibilities:

•Ability to evaluate, test and review new IT products as well as understandingits related application

  software and provide accurate assessment report on the products to themanagement.

•To familiarize with all software application in relation to digital products tosupport customers.
• To provide training to customers on AV and IT products sold.
• To undertake in house training for staffs on IT related products.

•Ability to troubleshoot product applicationsoftware and solve problem.

•Ability to troubleshoot & diagnose networking system including PCs,printers and other IT peripherals.

•Ability to present IT technical proposal to non-technical customers.

RemunerationPackage:

•Basic salary RM 2500 – RM 2800
