Front Office Assistant
(Pahang - Based in Genting Highland)
Responsibilities:
• The succesful candidates will be responsible in assisting guests in their check in process, registration, room assignment, pre-registration and blocking of room reservation.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Tourism or its equivalent;
• Possess pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills;
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia & English;
• Candidate who is able to converse in any other languages will be an added advantage.
Interested applicants are advised to come for Walk-in Interview on every Saturday from 9am –5pm (Except Public Holiday) at Human Resources Department, Genting Highland Resort.
