Acc. Assistant / QS / M&E & Draught Person

We are well establishing Construction Company base at Seri Kembangan.In line with our expansion plan, we invite suitable qualified individuals tofill the following positions:-

1) Account Assistant (Female)
    - LCCI Certificate qualification or its equivalent.
    - Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
    - Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience in construction environment.

2) Quantity Surveyor (Female)
    - Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveyor.
    - Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
    - Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience in the related field.
    - Familiar with site cost contract administration, taking off quantities, site measurement / tender preparation of bill quantities, project claim / variation order and final account.

3) M&E Engineer / Coordinator (2 vacancy)
    - Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
    - Good pratical working knowledge of electrical / mechanical engineering in hospital industry and project management service maintenance.
    - Carry out the site coordination, site meeting, troubleshooting, liase with main contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, client & supplier.
    - To ensure that construction works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, method statements, project programme, etc.
    - Sucessfull candidate will base in our new project in Putrajaya.
    - Remuneration is base on capability and experience.

4) Draugh Person
    - Male / female of any race.
    - Certificate / Diploma holder in related fields.
    - Skills in Autocad drafting and engineering concept.
    - Able to travel independently for site works and survey.
    - Well versed in building authority requirements, contract documentation drawings & AutoCAD skills.
