Job Responsibilities:
* Receiving orders from local and overseas from our agents.
* Prepare orders for shipping/collection
* Answer incoming calls.
* Compose correspondences, email, fax, distribute and file documentation.
* Receive and sort incoming documents or parcels.
* Responsible for sourcing and ordering of office and business necessities; etc.
* Any other administrative duties assigned by your superior
Skills & Requirement:
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply. Training provided.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS word
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kluang
- Good initiative, detail-orientated and willing to Multi-task, person must with matured and honest working attitude and working independently
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens. Preferable Female Candidates
- Able to communicate well in English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an advantage
Remuneration:
RM 900 - RM 1,500 (Depending on experience and fulfillment of job scope)
Working Location:
NO.40A,JALAN MANGGIS,86000 KLUANG,JOHOR.
-Working Hour from 9 am - 7 pm, Monday - Friday , Saturday 9 am - 2 pm
