SITE AGENT/ SUPERVISOR --- Wanted in JB

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be overall in charge of the site operation matter of Structure, Architectural and M&E.
• To organize and arrange all the daily site operation.
• Manage resources and plan for site logistic, passenger/ materials hoist, tower cranes position, storage location, equipment usage, overall site housekeeping and etc.
• Ensure the project is on track and avoid materials wastage.
• Identify the drawing discrepancy in Structural, Architectural and M&E.
• Materails scheduling on rebar ordering, concrete ordering and casting timing and schedule.
• To work closely with safety officer to ensure site safety & health.
• Liaise with project manager on sub-contractors and suppliers matter.
• Liaise with project manager on the CONQUAS/QLASSIC assessment.
• Site inpections including clients, consultants & authorities.
• Resolved any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Oversee quality control and ensuring that standards are adhered to.
• Lead the team of supervisors and define their scope and to ensure works are comply programme of works.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
- 5 year(s) or above working experience in the related fields is required
