2.Operation Executive (Need Resume First)
1.1 candidate to be located in Penang with Engineering
background.
2.1 candidate to be located in Johor with Engineering
background
3.3 candidates to be located in KL
We are looking for candidates who are energetic and eager
to learn to assist us for the items below. There will be
regular interface with various departments, and he/she will
be required to also learn the basics of Retail Operations.
Roles & Responsibility ;
1. Drive retail performance in Malaysia to an outcome
where the changes are visible and felt within the organization by assisting to launch multiple initiatives.
2. Maintain an online Portal as a comprehensive overview of
frontline priorities and activities.
3. Transform knowledge materials and assist in trainings.
4. Manage Performance management tools with the
Operational Excellence Team
5. To provide administrative support for Operations Team
6. To help organize the logistics of department functions,
eg. conferences, team gatherings, etc, as and when required
7. To provide monthly sales reports to the sales team
8. To provide assistance for ad-hoc task given from time to
time
Requirements;
1. Candidate must have a minimum diploma. A degree
would be preferred
2. Candidate must be able to speak and write fluently in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
3. Must have driving license and willing to travel when
required
4. Have good knowledge in Microsoft office (excel, word,
powerpoint)
5. Must be willing to start immediately
