What is Mystery Shopping?

Mystery Shopping is an evaluation method that is practicedsince 1940’s by companies or firms to find out how their products and servicesare received and thought by their customer. In Mystery Shopping, it involves MysteryShopper posing as a regular customer evaluating products and services providedby the company.  

With the evaluation, crucial information will be generatedwith objectives to improve service quality that hence, improve the sales andthe revenue in a company/ firm.

Currently,we are embarking in a project that involves Food and Beverage Industry andrequire matured and opinionated individuals who are interested to be our Mystery Shopper and conduct an evaluation for adesignated retailer within their vicinity.

Eachpremise is different individually and has specific areas to evaluate during thetime of visit. You’ll be trained prior to the assignment to ensure that theMystery Shopping is conducted according to the “Designated Retailer’s” norm.
