Responsibilities:
Assist inaccounting clerical and general administrative duties. Processingreceipts, sales invoices and payments. Ensuringthat accounts are accurately monitored and recorded Answeringthe phone or making phone calls. Processingoffice post or courier. Responsiblefor clerical tasks such as typing, filing and handling emails. Provideadministrative support to accountants. Performother ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
SPM / Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accountancywith or without experience. Ability tomaintain clear and accurate financial records. A fastlearner and able to adapt in-house systems. Proficiencyin Ms Office Excellent intime management and able to multi task. Willing towork in Plaza Damas, Hartamas.
