Account Asssistant (Sri Hartamas)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist inaccounting clerical and general administrative duties.
  • Processingreceipts, sales invoices and payments.
  • Ensuringthat accounts are accurately monitored and recorded
  • Answeringthe phone or making phone calls.
  • Processingoffice post or courier.                                             
  • Responsiblefor clerical tasks such as typing, filing and handling emails.
  • Provideadministrative support to accountants.
  • Performother ad-hoc tasks as and when required.


Requirements:

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accountancywith or without experience.
  • Ability tomaintain clear and accurate financial records.
  • A fastlearner and able to adapt in-house systems.
  • Proficiencyin Ms Office
  • Excellent intime management and able to multi task.
  • Willing towork in Plaza Damas, Hartamas.
