Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer service support and general     inquiries



  • Handle inbound calls



  • To assist customer needs and wants regarding     company's product



  • Provide solutions for customer's complaint


Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualifications with or without experience
  • Excellence communications in English



  • Fast learner and able to adapt in-house     systems.

  • Good personality and typing skills.



  • Excellent in time management and able to multi     task.
