Job Description:-
- Identifies and handles customers’ inquiries completely and accurately.
- Process transactions accurately and respond to customers or clients requests efficiently.
- Resolves issues and service complaints to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
- Ensure organization's service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.
Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma or Degree in Customer Service Management or any related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Independent, self-confident and highly motivated.
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
- MUST be able to work on a rotating shift.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
