Glutathione Tablets : What They Do - And What They Don't Do
You can go to your local health food store, and find oral glutathione or glutathione capsules in supplement form. What will it do?
When you take glutathione tablets, the glutathione in the pill will be broken down by your digestive enzymes and effectively be eliminated. The tablet ingredients will not make it to the cells of your body where they need to be absorbed for how to raise glutathione.

So glutathione capsules will not raise your glutathione levels. There are lots of manufacturers of all sorts of oral glutathione tablets, capsules, and pills out there, and some of their ads may even be on this page. Don’t bother, unless you have some extra money you want to throw away.
They are taking advantage of a misinformed public. But now you know better. And you can tell your friends to save their money too.
What about taking glutathione capsules to lighten your skin?
There has been much information written about glutathione tablets being able to lighten your skin. However, I have not found any medical studies that clearly support this claim. In time, more research will be published, but until then, we cannot know for sure.
As far as I can see, from the published research that I have seen, taking glutathione orally in any form will have no effect on you at all.
What is the best way for how to raise glutathione?
The best way to raise glutathione is not to take glutathione pills. The best ways to raise glutathione are to take the building blocks or precursors for glutathione.

meh akak nak cerita masa akak ambik vit C ni tahun 2005.....
masa tu akak terlupa yang buat kulit akak putih mulus tu sbb vit c....masa tu akak mkn mcm2....melilea, susu IGG, skin care pun guna melilea, pastu beli produk untuk urut2 muka tu....memang kulit tak de cela.....akak ingatkan sbb skin care yang akak gunalah....
pastu 3thun akak tak jaga muka....dah jadi kusam, jeragat berlumba2 naik, mcm2 prod le pulak akak pakai, sabun eumora lah....guna balik skin care melilea, pun tak jalan, baru akak perasan rupanya bdn akak dah kurang sesgt vit c....tu yang akak mulakan balik, skrg nampak lah ada perubahan, wlupun baru 30%, tapi berubah jugak lah kan....kena tunggu sampai 5 kotak kot baru nak dapat kulit mcm dulu.... |
