Anyone ade tak yg beli rumah area sendayan. Agak2 ok ke beli property dekat sane for own stay?
For long term boleh maju ke kwsn situ. Pernah ronda sekali je tp mcm sunyi je area sane maybe tak ramai lg yg movin in

ainsdale by sime darby property : for me, sime property ni lah yg peneraju utama suka main2 harga property/ speculator

tak nafikan, ainsdale mmg lawo, tp tang harga tak munasabah langsung...... some said harga mahal pasal location sebelah highway, which is not relevant pun....

same goes to Elmina, lawa tu lawa, design / layout praktikal dan cantik, tp location wise nya di celah2 tempat jin bertendang mmg tak padan langsung harga rumah dia.... ada sekali tu tengok elmina green, boleh lah tahan besarnya, tp price more than 1/5 million....

Thn lepas sblm covid kwn iols beli dkt rimbun apa ntah dkt sban 2 ni corner lot 1 juta..perghh..slmt la byr bln2 rm5k..klu iols mmg tak la...nk carik bwh rm600k je...

Ainsdale tu apo pun xde....pun blm ramai yg ddk..dan blm membgn lg...rege tel aviv..apo..baik beli dkt sendayan dah ada masjid bosa

1m teres idok le....Cam anak kazen akak. Muda2 ada kerja, makan gaji boleh cari duit hokay... tiap2 tahon buat open haus raya nak show off rumah 1.2m.
Besok2 dah berumor salah sorang laki bini takde kerja, kena retrench, sakit ..miss 3 bulan gaji je dah x boleh survive.

untung invest dalam property ni masa flip jual je... buat 200k per house/apartment/kondo... tp nak ...
ASB1 dan ASB2 kena full kan... and now Amanah Hartanah Bumiputra (AHB) under maybank asset management dah available for investment, better cepat2 bank in sebelum fund ni penuh balik... i dah boleh war2 kisah AHB fund available sbb kitorang dah selamat sumbat capai target kitorang last week.. ahahha sorry, i kena make sure target investment kiotrang secure dulu baru bleh bgtau orang... so nampak tak.. sifu investment ni betul ke ikhlas  nak korang kaya? better diorang secure diri sendiri je
byknya duit kaka???

Had pelaburan ASB 200k, ASB2 200K sorang....

Tu la..aku bising,aku suh beli je tnh 300k dpt banglo..lg puas hati ikut design sendiri.tp nk buat mcmana bapaknye setuju siap boleh backup,ckp blh buat investment.5 bilik ke 4 bilik ntah.mmg la derang muda lg blm umur 30 tahun lg..tp duit sendiri hasil keje pon x npk lg cuma npk beli keta je lah..duit dlm asb pon duit bapaknye penuhkan tabung masa derang belajar.duit simpanan keje derang pon x cecah lg 100k..dh nk beli rumah dkt 1m..pening tgk bdk zmn sekarang!

Faktor kesuraman pon kena ambil kira ye.
Besok2 kau tinggal rumah 3 hari je pergi holiday balik kena tebok atap geng timor leste cari harta karun.
