Event Management & Construction company is looking for event/exhibition designer.
Requirements: You would design displays and stands for a wide variety ofevents, such as: • large commercial public exhibitions; • conferences and trade exhibitions; • temporary displays for roadshows, retailers and galleries.
Your work could include: • discuss requirements with clients • present your ideas as sketches, scale plans,computer-generated visuals and models • produce final blueprints after discussion with clients • liaise with technical specialists such as carpenter,lighting technician, printer, etc. • project managing the whole set-up process from start tofinish. • you would also oversee the construction of the exhibitioncomponents, and assembly and installation at the exhibition venue • excellent design and artistic skills • the ability to imagine/ think creatively and laterally • team player • technical drawing skills • the ability to work to deadlines • good communication skills • awareness of health and safety issues • teamworking ability • Keep up to date with current design sense • project management skills (for more senior roles)
