1 je ubat dia bro, takyah mkn apa2....bersenam, ni je penyelesaian dia..
dulu sy mkn ubat kolestrol, 2 taun mkn, sebab dah bosan mkn ubat, sy bersenam,
mula2 joging, tak larat nak lari....main basikal pula...seminggu sekali je pun...
now dah ok..

ambil fish oil jenama pristin, satu biji pagi, satu biji malam ... it works for me ....

hat jenama lain tak tau la sebab doktor jantung yg suggest jenama tu ..

leh try makan apple/pear tiap hari sbb kandungan serat sambil mkn fish oil..akunye dl 4.9 trn jadik 4.6 dlm 4-5 bulan gak la..harap konsisten

apple cider vinegar membantu.ni antara petua yang di share prof ungku aziz berkenaan amalan kesihatan dia.mak sm darah naik sikit mmg amalkan ni je,amalkan setiap hari sebelum tidur,dilute kan sesudu acv dengan sikit air.beli je yg organik kat aeon xsampai rm20.

minum oat,jaga diet,Japanese green tea..exercise boleh tapi bila dah sakit jangan buat yang keterlaluan.jaga pemakanan dulu bila dah 2, 3 bulan gitu tekanan darah ok,baru mulakan exercise,sbb ni bergantung pada tubuh kita jua,kalau dengan cara pemaksaan atau tak betol kau makin tambahkan tekanan darah kau.

bila bacaan tekanan dlm 2 bulan gitu cantik je,mulakan dgn senaman ringkas,biar badan terima,lepas tu tingkatkan sikit demi sikit .ni pandangan aku yang tak bertauliah tapi melalui pengalaman.
