Requirement
- Malaysians with minimum SPM or Diploma
- Can speak, read & write English & Malay
- Computer literate
- Can start work immediately
Responsibility
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Work with customer service team leader/manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Compile reports on orders and overall customer satisfaction
- Handling any delivery issue
- Filing documents and other paperwork
- Communicate and coordinate with internal/external departments
