Responsibilities - Prepareemployee document such as contract, on-boarding documents, probationary letter,promotion letter, etc.
- Recordsemployee annual leave and sick leave
- Prepareand post job advert
- Calculateworkers wages and overtime claims
- Preparecheque for office and van salesman salary
- Calculateand issue form for EPF, SOCSO, PCB Contribution Requirements
Requirements - Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher
- Computer literate
- Good attention to details
- Able to communicate in English and Malay
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and good time management
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Full time position, 9 - 6pm, Monday to Friday
