Responsibilities
  • Prepareemployee document such as contract, on-boarding documents, probationary letter,promotion letter, etc.

  •         Recordsemployee annual leave and sick leave
  •       Prepareand post job advert
  •     Calculateworkers wages and overtime claims
  •     Preparecheque for office and van salesman salary
  •          Calculateand issue form for EPF, SOCSO, PCB Contribution Requirements

Requirements
  •          Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher
  •       Computer literate
  •       Good attention to details
  •      Able to communicate in English and Malay
  •     Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and good time management
  •     Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  •     Full time position, 9 - 6pm, Monday to Friday
