terapi minda i ialah masak! xdelah terror mane, tp puas bila masak then jamu org makan, salunya dpt komen yg positif la hehehehhe. rase best, tenang jer tgk barang2 masak complete, guna x guna belakang kira janji nk masak semua barang ada

kalau saya, suka pergi tengok wayang sorang2 untuk terapi minda..saya rasa itu cara yang terbaik untuk saya tenang dan amankan diri..dan of course, ianya my me time. tak kisah cerita apa pun saya tengok je. beli popcorn satu, masuk la wayang sorang2. hehehe

Terapi minda i is tngok tv channel hgtv.. tengok mcm mana dorg deco rumah..lepas tu scroll kt instagram bab2 deco rumah..pastu main game design home..memang best betul..lupa sekejap segala kusut masai dlm otak..

Lagi 1 my terapi minda is bila driving nyanyi my fav song sepenuh hati..feeling gitu..best sgt..

Terapi minda yg selalu buat, tp yg ni badan automatic rs ya, rsnye biological or hormonal reaction kot, self defence pn mungkin, daku akan rs mengantuk bila terima berita buruk ke or stress berlebihan. Not all the time it happened daku akan tdo, tgk keadaan. Bila bgn akan rs better tp tak la hilang sedih atau stress tu 100%. Lps tu bisanya kalau kt rumah, daku akan start bersihkan rumah. Vacuum, mop, scrub toilet ke. Tp bkn deko2, just bersihkan je, kadang rumah br je kemas pn daku kemas lg. Bila setel tu fikiran yg berserabut tu otomatik dh kurang byk. Hehe... Kadang bila mandi, akan duduk bwh air shower tu lama2. Kadang sambil berfikir kadang otak blur. Sometimes, daku akan keluar drive je tanpa arah tujuan sampai rasa letih lps tu blk rumah tdo. Lain org lain reaction pd stress atau perasaan sedih. Itu antara cara daku mengurangkan stress tu.

terapi saya pulak suka baca penulisan tak kisahlah dr ketegori pun.... membaca mmg best selain tu masak makan masak makanmasak makan... heheheh

meols kalau stress ke ape, lg suke main game online. sebab kite akan fokus macam mana nak selesaikan cabaran game tu.

tapi terapi minda paling bagus of cos la dgn solat dan berdoa. bile kite doa tu seolah2 kite sedang bercakap dgn Allah sbb kite tahu Allah maha mendengar. lepas tu nangis sepuas2nya.lpas habis nangis terus tidur. Esoknya dah x mekior dah & mulakan hari yg baru.

My kind of terapy minda of course laa memasak. Masak lauk pauk n such tp baking ni leceh sikit...fail tahap teruk. Suka masak n bawak g tpt keja. Bila tengok kawan2 mkn dengan penuh selera...hati rs puas sgt. Kalau kena puji masakan sedap is a plus bonus laa tu. Dapat pahala jugak kn kita sedekah dgn org lain

Pd iols, iols perlukan terapi minda bila diri sendiri berada dlm keadaan di luar kebiasaan... mcm terlalu stress or terlalu happy.. stress tue biasa lah slalunya psl keje, kenkdg psl family or kengkwn.. terlalu happy plak mcm bila dpt bonus.. haha... giler x hepi dpt gaji berbln2 sedebuk gitu..

In both situation, iols slalunya doa byk2.. bila stress, doa semoga dipermudahkn urusan.. bila happy2, doa semoga diberkati hidup n rezeki yg iols dpt.. doa x semestiny dlm solat je, bleh berdoa bila2 masa sekalipun..

Lg 1, iols amalkan sedekah.. sedekah xyah byk, singgit pn bleh.. bila bg sedekah tue, doa lah apa2 yg patut.. kebaikan sedekah nie terlalu besar n byk.. mulakan sedekah pd org terdekat.. klau xtau nk sedekah kt mana, letaklah kt mana2 tabung masjid or surau.. or pi blanja kengkwn mkn pun boleh... lg byk kita memberi, lg byk kita dpt.. kene ingat, harta yg kita ada bkn yg dlm akaun bank kita tue, tp dlm byk mana sedekah kita..

So far, these 2 helps a lot.. hope it helps other forumers too.. dlm apa2 situasi yg kita alami dlm hidup, mesti kembali kepada Pencipta.. bkn cari Tuhan time susah je

Terapi minda pada saya antaranya :

kalau dapat mengemas rumah complete 1 rumah, penat tp puas
dapat pergi shoping  walau ke kedai rm2
keluar jalan malam malam tengok lampu
baring tgk cite fav
makan luar sesekali
rumah yg kemas pun terapi

I kalau stress or rasa mcm dah lost sikit I suka pergi bookstore. Rasa best sangat dapat tengok books even tak beli pun. Rasa mcm semua benda dah jd small matters bila dapat tengok all the books
