APPLICATION SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Location : Shah Alam Division : Information & Communication Technology (ICT)
Key Roles:
• Provide day to day support on various system / application in Pos Logistics to ensure business continuity • Provide level 1 & 2 support • Carry out routine tasks such as end month closing, data integrity check, interface processing etc. • Attend to user request on access control, data extraction request etc. • Work closely with vendor for issue resolution • Assist in various stages of solution deployment, from solution scoping / design, solution testing up to change request testing and release, with close liaison with internal / external parties.
Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field is an added advantage • Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in application support role or in ERP environment. • Knowledge in SQL scripting (Oracle, SQL, MYSQL) or programming skill is added advantage. • Must have own transport and driving license. • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
