Pengalaman saya dari bacaan 8.9 kpd 5.8 adalah change of lifestyle...dari situ kita ubah menu makan (eat clean + lebihkan buah)...workout (zumba+jogging) n stop gula/susu pekat..besides that sy amalkan air suam lemon or air letak chia seeds...so far it works...sy baca reading kolestrol yg cantik is bawah paras 5.2.. hopefully bole capai by akhir thn ni

susu omega yang mane? kena bancuh ke?

amik susu omega bagus utk reduce kan kolestrol... tp kena byk minum air kosong juga, kalau tak nnt sembelit... Slain tu boleh juga amik omega fish oil... saya biasa amik yg amway... amik lepas breakfast... malam plak lepas diner amik lecithin... inshaAllah jaga kesihatan
