Chicken out? Last thing on my mind bro. We can talk but we can do without the attitude that's been sparking around. You people behave as if you're all involved in a firefight in some imaginary hot war zone!

Biasa lah..

When you people mock that non-believers are going to "kena goreng" in hell for eternity.. i have a right to laugh at your foolishness.

Evolution? By scientific acceptances, it means progression from point A to point B on the path of "no turning back" where there is a strong linkage in the areas of physical and genetic properties. How's that for starters?
Thats quite good explaination of Biological Evolution.

Unlike Sj鴈n who don't know the meaning of evolution and yet ridicule evolution, you seem to know something about evolution.

I acccept anything similar to this defination: Evolution is the genetic change in a line of descent over time by micro-evolutionary processes i.e gene mutation, natural selection etc.

So when did evolution begin for Mankind?

I have no idea.. where to start. Lets look at briefly at the way living things are classified..  Linnaean taxonomy/ hierarchy

Kingdom:    Animalia
Phylum:      Chordata
Class:         Mammalia
Order:        Primates
Family:        Hominidae
Genus:        Homo
Species:      H. sapiens

How far you wanna go back in time?
Earth is estimated to be 4 billion years old. Scientist don't know when actually life started.. but estimated to be around the late Archean Era in the geological time scale.

Evolution is from from one species to another, like mamal to reptile and reptile to  bird ,am i right?

mammal to reptile ? not sure.. is that possible? they are of different "class"

Anyway, the way one species evolves from another species is known as macro-evolution.

Micro-evolution happens within the species itself. Even the way, the virus/bacterias adapts to medicine is also known as micro-evolution..

...

surely classes shouldnt be an issure at all ,so from what ive heard mamals evolved from reptiles? but if the fish being in its early form decided o climb unto land and evolve nto mamals, why would a fully developed mamal decide to return to the sea and become whales? when there is no turning back like you claimed , please explain.
Thank you

Mammal from reptile. ok.
But mammal to reptile? Don't know much about that.

Evolution is not a voluntary occurance.. Fish can't decide to jump unto land.. and change into mammals.. and then deside to go back to sea.

Evolution happens as needs araise.. maybe due to enviroments.. where the suitable ones survive. whale for instant.. those  creatures with genetical trait which able them to swim in water will survive, others wihout the traits perish.

you said..Thats why we have diversity of species.. and none of them are perfect.. including humans. Some organism have evolve with better visions than others, some with better hearings.. etc.

Do you know any creature that is perfect?

They are perfect in their own right, true true some animals may wield the greater advantage over others, but there are some creatures that possess abilities and behaviours even science can抰 explain. If I can recall , there is this particular crab , (the size of your thumb ) ive seen it in Discovery channel, it lives very deep in the ocean but to much of everyone抯 amazement, is the way it catches it prey梐 small prawn. It catches them by snapping its claws to produce and energy-bubble that flickers to stun the victim. Apparently the energy was recorded to be as hot as the surface of the sun but the whole thing took place less than half a second. Doesn抰 that surprise you?
you said
"Survival of the fitness" is means that an individual is likely to survive if the individual is well adapted to the enviroment.

Hrmm so if you say, it is all individual adaptation to the environment

Homer Jacobson, Professor Emeritus of Chemistry, makes the following admission regarding how impossible it is for life to have come about by chance:

Directions for the reproduction of plans, for energy and the extraction of parts from the current environment, for the growth sequence, and for the effector mechanism translating instructions into growth-all had to be simultaneously present at that moment [when life began]. This combination of events has seemed an incredibly unlikely happenstance

Some creature are suited to the enviroment but they are not perfect. No animal is perfect.. the inabilities to do something is a disadvatage. If a predator can sneak behind you and if you can't sense/see behind you then you are far  from being perfect.

I agree science cannot explain everything.. yet.. but new discoveries are being made that explains the myteries.. I hope in future, all the mysteries will be explained..

Its a good thing for mankind, that there are some people who are curious enough to find out the mechanics behind the mysteries..

Do you ave any explaination on this particular crab?

YOu see, for such a small creature to posses such an ability without even killing itself in the process. It is perfect in its own right, so perfect that it didnt annihilate itself in the process..i wonder if you call that a miracle or a mistake by chance...

and by the way,
i take that back,  all the insults i threw at you before , it was all really not necessary and i applogise

Thank u

This crab story is new to me. Couldn't find any article in the net about the crab.. When did you see the program in the discovery channel?

Maybe the crab is using similar tecnique as the Electric Eel does to stun its prey. It looks like a miracle, but then again every living thing looks like a miracle.

The crab like the Electric Eel, is able to withstand the energy released by it body.. if not the species would have perished.

here is a website that explains the mechanism of Electric Eel.

Don't need to go too far. Just look at humans.
Scientists acknowledge that humans only tap into 3-5% of the brain power. How did humans evolve to have so much brain power when we don't use it?

How can anyone use only3-5% of their brain power? Humans don't shut-down 95% of their brain power.. and still funtion properly.

No matter how much knowlendge you have.. My understanding is that we use 100% of your brain power all the time.

It never made sense to me when people used to say, we humans only using 10% of our brain. And it still makes little sense to say humans only using 3-5% or 10%(famous myth) of your brain. If you are selling some product that will suppose to make you intelligent then the myth3-5% or 10% myth will help you alot.

We need all of our brain to funtion properly.
