In Islam, science and God are closely related. It is bcuz the universe (including everything and anything in this universe) is created by Allah. Allah creates things with process, and the occurance of process is founded by science. Allah want His people to learn and to study about the process and knowledges, and be thankful to Him. Only that right path or the way of Islam's life will be accepted by the creator who has created the universe. That's why He gives human guidence and prophet as leading. All of these guidence contained in Quran....

Quran is the last message that God sent to human thru prophet Muhammad 1, 400 years ago. It is the message that guiding human in their life. Islam is both truth teachings and the law to shape a human's life. That is why in Islam, both religioneous knowledge and islamic laws cannot be seperated. Both are essential to ensure achievement in spiritual and secular. Since Quran existed 1,400 years ago, notice that during Muhammad's time was without any modern scientific research. So here i going to prove to you that Quranic verses are real message from God to human.

We know light-year is a unit of distance. It is the distance that light can travel in one year (according to the sun), with the speed of 300, 000 Km/second. It is truly a very long distance that reached 9.4 milliard km in a year.

When ancient human observe the orbiting of moon and sun, they created the calender, which means the orbiting of sun and moon is at a certain calculation. as mentioned in Quran:

Ar-Rahman, 5:

[The sun and the moon follow a reckoning.]

And, how could prophet Muhammad sure that the universe is built without any foundation or pillar or something to support it? read this:

Ar-Rad, 2:

[Allah is He Who raised the heavens(outer space) without any pillars that you see, and He is firm in power and He made the sun and the moon subservient (to you); each one pursues its course to an appointed time; He regulates the affair, making clear the signs that you may be certain of meeting your Lord. ]

Ancient ppl thinks that planets and stars are hanging in the sky by strings, but in Quran, it mentions:

Yaa Sin, 40:

[Neither is it allowable to the sun that it should overtake the moon, nor can the night outstrip the day; and all float on in a sphere(orbit).]

So how could Muhammad know this since he never been to outer space? how could he so sure that the sun is rotating itself and the planets are floating in a invisible orbit? The power that holds the universe is the gravity, as mentioned:

Ard Dhariyat, 47:

[And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. ]

This verse also explain Allah expands the universe by His power. The expanding can be observe with the theory of change in the color spectrum of stars. When the stars move further, the wavelength becomes longer and color seems reddish. When the stars move nearer, the wavelength shorter and color seems brighter, like violet. And modern scientist has found out that stars in the galaxies tend to move futher away from us. Thus it suggest the expanding of volume of universe. Also this energy of expanding is due to the theory of big bang/explosion.

When objects in universe away from us, it means they are moving away in a certain direction, for example: our sun(including our solar system) is not steady or stay at its own place, instead it moves in a straight line and rotate at the same time. This shows that the sun also moving away from other stars and galaxies. As mentioned in Quran:

Yaa sin, 38:

[And the sun runs on to a term appointed for it; that is the ordinance of the Mighty, the Knowing. ]

Allah creates with reasons behind everything. As mentioned:

Sad, 27:

[And We did not create the heaven and the earth and what is between them in vain; that is the opinion of those who disbelieve then woe to those who disbelieve on account of the fire. ]

We believe that the universe is begins with the explosion of the theory of Big Bang. There are many theories supporting the big bang such as the emission of radiation scattered in universe/cosmic background radiation (by George Gamov), the colors spectrum of repelling stars, the center of hydrogen-helium, etc... In Quran, it says:

Al-Anbiyaa', 30:

[ Do not those who disbelieve see that the heavens(outer space) and the earth were closed up, but We have opened them; and We have made of water everything living, will they not then believe? ]

In this verse Allah has created the universe from a point of zero/ 0 volume. This be agreed by the theory of Big Bang itself. We can't imagine how could it exist since everything begins with a zero volume? That means, the existence of universe is begins from nothing. This cancelled the theory of "the universe exist in steady state". And Allah also says that every living creatures must consist of water. There is nothing can stay alive without water. But how could Muhammad so sure about it, if the verse is not from Allah Himself?

We know that stars burning in hydrogen and helium gas. When it gets older, the amount of hydrogen become lesser and thus the cosmic dust increases. When the cosmic dust more than the existence of hydrogen gas itself, everything will turn slower and finally stop. This phenomena will happen in the very future of time, and no one will know about it. As hydrogen turns into cosmic dust, mentioned in Quran:

Ad-Dukhan(smoke), 10:

[Therefore keep waiting for the day when the heaven (outer space) shall bring an evident smoke]

The smoke here is refered to the cosmic dust turned from burning of hydrogen.

If you understand the borning of stars such as Nova, Super Nova, you will know when a star going to end its lifetime, it will emits a great explosion in order to shorten up the time taken fo dying. The explosion brings smaller parts and also dust into the space. After a long time, the parts will turn into gaesous state and another star is born. The explosion creates a dense light that perforated into the space, and this perforated light is called "Al-Tariq", as mentioned in Quran:

At Toriq, 1-3

[ swear by the heaven(outer space) and the comer by night. And what will make you know what the comer by night is? The star of piercing(perforated) brightness.]

Also, do not forget we also have huge stars that act strangely. They always changing their saiz, thickness, lightness, increase or decrease. Sometimes it will grow 7 times bigger and thinner, and the lightness also decreased that we can't see with our naked eyes.

At Takwir, 15-20:

[But nay! I swear by the stars. The stars which rise and set. And the night when it departs. And the morning when it brightens.Most surely it is the Word of an honored messenger. The processor of strength, having an honorable place with the Lord of the Dominion ]

The meaning of 'rise and set' or 'appear and hide themselve' means the star sometimes grow brighter and sometimes becomes mellow. As i mentioned above.

When a stars convert hydrogen to helium to produce light (and other radiation). As time progresses, the heavier helium sinks to the center of the star, with a shell of hydrogen around this helium center core. The hydrogen is depleted so it no longer generates enough energy and pressure to support the outer layers of the star. As the star collapses, the pressure and temperature rise until it is high enough for helium to fuse into carbon, i.e. helium burning begins. To radiate the energy produced by the helium burning, the star expands into a Red Giant. After millions of years, it start reducing the temperature and lastly no longer shines. It will change into a place where no activities occurs, frost, cold, and quiet. When this happens, it mention in Quran:

Al Mursalat, 8:

[So when the stars are made to lose their light, ]

Also, Quran describe the blackhole like the rolling up of scroll:

Al Anbiyaa', 104:

[On the day when We will roll up heaven (outer space) like the rolling up of the scroll for writings, as We originated the first creation, (so) We shall reproduce it; a promise (binding on Us); surely We will bring it about. ]

There is western research suggests that in the future, all of the physical object in universe will return into a center which is meant by blackhole.

Maksudnya:
Dan bangunan-bangunan yang mereka dirikan itu menjadi keraguan dalam hati mereka, kecuali setelah putus jantung hati mereka.....

Surah at taubah terletak di juzuk 11 dan ia adalah surah ke sembilan.

Melalui pandangan seorang ustaz, ayat ini mengisahkan tentang keruntuhan bangunan WTC di AS. Tarikhnya sendiri dinyatakan, iaitu 11 September 2001. Surah at taubah, juzuk 11, surah kesembilan dan bilangan perkataan dari ayat ini hingga penghujung surah ialahh 2001 patah. Ayat ini adalah ayat ke-110, corresponds to the number of storey that WTC had, 110 tingkat... Sori, ini tak ade kaitan dgn pengetahuan sains masa kini, tapi berkaitan dengan thread ni... :bgrin:

betul saudara, aku pn pernah dgr ayat ini. tp kite kene bg tau org2 yg lihat ayat ini, bhw Islam tidak ada kaitan terhadap pembunuhan 911 nih, tp Quran foretelling peristiwa yg begini akan berlaku.
