some company especially multinational company ada special allowance to those who have additional languages...not local language but foreign languages...tambah lagi kalau that company deals with the specific country..or requires someone to support for that country...
Besides financial advantage you also enjoy conversing in forign languages especially when you are visiting their countries or when their people come to our country.
