sistem modular?
sistem modular apa ni bro? term tuh general sangat laaa...

bro..wa dah try simulator Adnan tu hampeh le...neighbour gua terlibat dengan projek tuh, software semua off the shelf, hardware tu adelah yang SAPURA buat..
ToT semata2 tak berguna gak jika technology tu tak kita kembangkan atau kita pasarkan.. kalu setakat nak pakai 10-15 unit untuk kegunaan sendiri tak berbaloi la nak buat ToT.. kos tinggi..

mana2 ASM pon boleh menenggelamkan kapal.
Noor is Iranian copy of C802 which is Chinese copy of the Exocet
cuba tgk balik, kenapa dia boleh belasah itu kapal.
BTW, if I'm not mistaken, its a Sa'ar 5 Corvette, not a frigate and are you sure that it was a Noor that hit INS Hanit?

my point exactly.
kalo lu rasa simulator tuh hampeh, bolehkah dia bertanding dgn simulator keluaran luar negara? dah nampak sebab kenapa gomen beli sistem drp luar?
ToT ini perlu supaya sykt tempatan boleh berada "at par" dgn sykt luar negara drp segi teknologi dan knowhow. harapannya depa mampu berdikari. tapi kalo depa masih nak dok bergantung harap dgn kontrak mindef, apa gomen boleh buat?
kita boleh tolong, tapi kalo nak teroka pasaran luar pon kena mau gomen paksa, susah laaa...
sendiri mau senang, sendiri kena usaha la. sampai bila mau gomen tolong? |

Hizbullah hits Israel's INS Hanit with anti-ship missile
By Alon Ben-David JDW Correspondent
on the Israeli-Lebanese border
Israel's INS Hanit, a Eilat (Sa'ar 5)-class missile corvette, was struck on 14 July by an Iranian-made C-802 Noor (Tondar) radar-guided anti-ship missile, fired by Hizbullah from Beirut.
"We were not aware that Hizbullah possessed this kind of missile," said Rear Admiral Noam Faig, Israel Navy (IN) head of operations, told Jane's.
"We are familiar with that missile from other areas but assumed that the threat was not present in Lebanon."
The Noor, based on the Chinese C-802, was reported to have a 200 km range during manoeuvres conducted by the Iranian Navy in April 2005 |

Intel. flaw to blame in INS Hanit attack
Oct. 16, 2006
Yaakov Katz , THE JERUSALEM POST
A panel investigating the navy's failure to prevent a missile attack that killed four sailors aboard the INS Hanit in the first week of the war in Lebanon has cited a major intelligence flaw, but decided against recommending sanctions against naval officers.
On Monday, the committee led by Brig.-Gen. (res.) Nir Maor presented findings from its investigation into the July 14 missile attack against the Hanit as it patrolled off the coast of Beirut to Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen. Dan Halutz. Four sailors were killed in the attack when an Iranian C-802 radar-guided missile struck the Sa'ar 5-class missile ship. The missile was made in China but underwent upgrades in Iran, from where it was then delivered to Hizbullah.

Senior naval officers admitted at the time that they were taken by surprise, claiming that they did not know Hizbullah possessed such advanced capabilities, and as a result had deactivated the Barak missile defense system on the ship, which was capable of intercepting and destroying the missile.
The Hanit is Israel's most advanced missile ship and boasts an array of Harpoon and Barak antimissile missiles, along with a system for electronically jamming incoming missiles and other threats.
Maor presented the findings to Halutz but was ordered to continue with the investigation. Navy sources said Halutz was not satisfied with the findings presented to him on Monday and asked that additional work be done before presenting the final conclusions.
In the report, Maor found flaws in the transmission of intelligence information from Military Intelligence to Naval Intelligence and to the commanders of the missile ships.
Navy officials claimed that they did not have the information that would have enabled them to understand that Hizbullah was in possession of advanced anti-ship radar-guided missiles. Military Intelligence claims that the information was transmitted to the Navy three years ago.
again, how sure are we that it was a Noor? |

sebenarnya kita pun dah banyak pencapaian yg kita dapat , taming sari cthnya, nak bandingkan ngan produk luar mmg susahlah sikit , persoalannya bila dapat tot atau lesen , dan kita bangunkan produk, mmg kita dpt hasilkan sendiri benda tu, masalahnya ada ke follow up utk kembangkan lagi sistem itu, akhirnya masalah peruntukan tetap jd persoalan. |

semua lebih suka jadi org tengah org luar. ayat lelebih sket pastuh mark-up bebanyak pastuh bila kontrak dah sign, memasing cuci tangan |
