My Father

Father, Daddy, dad, ah-pa... has the same meaning. A name which represents unconditional love, represents a person who is compassionate, selfless, a loving person who has made so much sacrifices in bringing us up. So many kids dream of having a father, a father who is always there for them. Well... my father is always there for me...

        He raised me to be trusting, strong, caring person. A childhood is never complete without a father. He offers advice and provides the wisest counsel. Sometimes I find it annoying when he keeps repeating the same advice but it will always come in handy when I face any problems. He has always been there for me when I need a shoulder to cry on or rely on.

       Most parents will try their best to get what their children want. This will not train them to be strong and independent. My father always make me work for things that I want. For example, when I was little, I used to hate my father when he refused to buy me the toys which I asked for and I will burst into tears, but my father just ignored me. He told me if I promise to stop crying, be a good girl, help around the house then he might consider getting it for me. That's just the beginning. After buying the it for me, he will make me promise to take good care of it or he will never buy anymore toys for me. Thanks to my father, now I know how to earn money,cook for myself, fix simple things. And best of all take care of myself.

My Father - the clown of the family!

       My father can be a fun person too. He has a great sense of humor. He jokes and laughs a lot too. He is the clown of the family.. but he can be very stern at times. He will punish me if I'm in the wrong and make me realise my mistakes.

      My father is truly the most wonderful person that I have ever known and I抦 sure he抣l always be that person.
