me jumpa Amy Beh dia duk dekat umah me.Dia ni column writer kat paper star yg cite pasal food kat mana nak makan sedap, resipi yg lazat lazat. me terkejut tengok badan dia fit dan muka. umur dah 65 but still cergas muka pun cam 50 an je.dia rajin exercise pagi pagi. compare ngan mak me umur 60 tapi penyakit bnyk tul gout, darah tinggi, arthritis duk umah tak keluar sbb tak leh jln. Amy Beh kata masa umur 30's dia makan daging sebulan sekali. ayam seminggu sekali. hari hari makan ikan ngan sayur.sayur sekurang kurangnya mesti dua jenis tiap kali makan.

maknanya ade juga side efffect mkn supplement nie. boleh jadi hormone imbalance la plak. diyan mkn sprirulina n jamu. tp so far takde rs bdn lemah. i am pjk teacher. g sekolah pun saje jln kaki d joging. pastu salin baju plak nk masuk kelas science and chemistry plak. rs bdn energetic jer..
