ayah aku ada 2 kete lama. satu daihatsu charade tahun 1984 dan satu lagi toyota hi-ace tahun 1988. daihatsu tu masih mantap. ulang alik kuala kangsar penang sebelum ni adik aku pakai. van tu pun masih elok lagi. ini semua adalah agenda kerajaan nak suruh rakyat malaysia beli kereta proton. tapi dia tak pikir bukan semua rakyat mampu nak beli kereta baru. orang menoreh getah mana nak cekau pay slip. derang ada cash, derang beli je lah kereta lama bayar 5/6 ribu.

lagi satu bukan semua orang boleh buat loan pun even berkerjaya. macam aku yang jadi mangsa sebab aku guarantor kawan aku, nama aku masuk ctos. padahal aku nak buat loan dalam 75% je. semua bank berlagak tak nak duit aku. last sekali mebeng je yang terima sebab derang tak check ctos.

dulu beriya le wakil2 yang so called rakyat ni nak suruh bank gunakan ccris je. jangan gunakan ctos. tapi cakap je berdegar-degar. tindakan langsung tak de. patutnya hapuskan terus le ctos tu.

jawapan PIAM...

Dear Sir

We wish to advise that Malaysian general insurance companies had been suffering from high motor claims losses with claims ratio exceeding 100 percent in the last five years for the overall motor portfolio.  These results were largely due to various factors including increase in the frequency of vehicle thefts and road accidents as well as increasing severity of claims cost per accident, especially for third-party bodily injury claims.

The rising motor claims ratio has resulted in insurers adopting more stringent underwriting controls on motor insurance which has in turn impacted the renewal and availability of motor insurance, particularly third party insurance.

However, motor vehicle owners who find difficulties to obtain or renew motor cover can turn to the Malaysia Motor Insurance Pool (MMIP) to obtain motor insurance protection for their vehicles. MMIP was formed in 1992 by the general insurance industry to ensure the availability of motor insurance for vehicles that are unable or find difficulty to obtain coverage from the normal market. The contact details of  MMIP servicing insurers are as attached.
