semlm first try buat goreng pisang.. pakai resepi alang campur dgn kak liza.. jadiiiiii... sampai MIL aku puji.. walaupun first try, alhamdulillah rasa dia lebih kurang sebijik mcm kat tempat yg aku biasa beli.. so, kali ni bye bye laa.. gerai yg jual goreng pisang tu.. sbb apa, diorang jual mahal.. rm5 tak bnyk mana dah sekrg ni..

satu je yg aku tak tau naper masa goreng pisang tu semlm, api dah betul2 panas.. mula2 dah letak dah pisang kat dlm minyak yg panas dan banyak.. pastu lepas 3-4 kali goreng, lama2 ada mcm kerak hangus.. aku ada amik mula2.. pastu, makin lama makin banyak kat keliling kuali sampai mcm jadi likat.. bila kuali tu sejuk.. kesan hitam tu keras nak mampus termasuk likat sgt.. nak cuci kena sental mcm sental simen plak.. naper ek..?? ada sesaper boleh bgtau.. esp nak dpt kan kerak goreng pisang ni.. sbb aku suka sgt makan kerak jugak..

tapikan.. pisang yg aku pakai semlm tu.. (tak tau pisang apa).. jenis yg dah masak tau.. masa aku dpt setandan pisang ni, dia hijau mekar.. pastu dlm 2-3 hari je dah jadi kuning.. means masaklah kan.. tu yg mcm panik sket, takkan nak makan bnyk tu pisang ni.. at least dptlah buat goreng pisang.. skrg ni nampak lebihan pisang yg masak tu mcm dah nak kehitaman.. so, aku rasa kalau buat cekodok.. ok kan..??
next resepi lak kat thread cekodok.. hehe..

apsal jadik lagu tu? tak reti nak jawab kenapa sbb tak pernah kena mcm ni... letak gula byk sgt dlm batter tu ke? atau pun pisang pisang tuh terlalu masak so gula drpd pisang atau batter tu dh jadi gula hangus kat dlm minyak tuh?
