kalau kat tganu, tapai pulut salah satu hidangan wajib umah mak aku.. xde tapai, mak kata x rasa cam raya...

yup.. yang nilah

ntahlah.. kita panggil tapai jer.. tulis tapai pulut sebab ada 2 jenis kan.. 1 buat dr beras pulut, n 1 lagi buat dr ubi kayu.. yg tu kita panggil tapai ubi..

mak kita buat guna daun jambu (xtau jambu ape nama... daun yg besar tu)

sama la ngn kg kita... xde tapai ni mcm raya rasanya...
mak kita guna daun jambu laut... daun tu lebar & tebal.. klu xde daun jambu laut ni, guna daun getah jer...
yg Hang punya tapai tu bukan guna daun jambu laut.. tu daun apa ek..lupa plk...

kalau guna bahan2 tempatan kira tradisional lagi la...
lain la kalau campur strawberi, epal, apricot, pear, longan...
