Transfer whatsapp chats ke phone baru

Hi korang,
Nak mintak tolong sikit. Iols nak transfer whatsapp chats ke phone baru. Dah buat ikut apa yg dlm whatsapp help. Tapi bila dah siap transfer, hanya nama group chats je yg nampak kat phone baru chats semu hilang. Kenapa ye?

pakai phone apa. kalau iphone + ada subscribe icloud service easy, back up kat icould je. kalau android tak pasti tak pernah guna |

Guna android ..
Dh buat back etc..try buat manual trf file ke phone baru pun tetap tak dpt restore old chats.

adroid tak boleh nak bantu cuols meol pon tak pernah guna android. tapi android pon boleh backup old phone data guna google service kan. pastu kat download balik ke phone baru

Tu lah..iols dh try byk kali ni, mcm2 cara..ni dah masuk hari ke 3..ttp old chats tak boleh restore
Anyways, tqsm la chuols reply topik iols ni....harap2 ada yg boleh tolong..kalau tak iols stuck kt phone lama..phone baru tak blh guna huwaaaaa |

android backup kat google drive
tapi tak silap, boleh sekali je restore, kalau tak lepas tak boleh guna dah, sebab security
cuba buka semula whatssap kat phone lama, mana tahu ada backup dalam phone instead of kat drive |

Iols mmg skg ni kna guna hp lama...

oo lama sangat tak backup tu
cuba try backup baru and make sure restore on same day
jangan gap lama sangat, lepas backup terus restore kat phone baru |

cuba try backup baru and make sure restore on same day
Sblm trf ke phone baru tu, iols dh backup byk kali...tetap date tu tak nk berubah..iols pun confuse |

aku dh beberapa kali tukar hp
apa yg aku buat
sekalipun default backup jam 2.00am
aku akan buat sekali lagi backup latest jika nk transfer WA chat ke hp baru |
