ovellete vs cream of tartar

salam...

saya nak tanya ler, nak buat kek pandan span tapi takde ovellete, boleh ganti ngan c.o.t tak? sama ker fungsinyer?lagi satu, kalau kita buat kek , ada satu resepi yg kita suka, boleh tak kita just tukar je perasa dia..cth: kek butter marbel tukar jadi kek pandan

tumpang trid jugak...

kalau resepi guna tepung naik sendiri.... perlu ke x guna ovallete/baking powder?
ke omit shj kedua2nya?

sbb ritu buat kek oren. guna tepung naik sendiri..... naik bukan main... sekali mendap. jd mcm kawah gunung merapi tghnya

frust aii.
aii guna oven bulat jaman tok nenek. bila buat kek selalu kt tgh x masak. so bila nk masak kan tgh.. tepi2 dh overcooked
