1. Outlet Supervisor Restoran Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus (Klang Valley)

Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth running of daily outlet operations to maximize efficiency.
Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the outlet facility.
Assist in cash handling activities and develop stock, expense and revenue reports.
Stock ordering for outlet weekly.


Requirements:

Malaysian 20 y/o above
Male / Female
Must own transport.
Willing to work in shift and 6 days a week.
Good communication skills
Problem solver
Good with numbers
Honest and reliable
Experience in F&B industry is an advantage


2. Account Executives

Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Help in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses under the guidance of senior finance personnel.
Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial procedures and controls.
Participate in financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

Minimum Degree/Professional Qualification in Accounting or equivalent.
2 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
Computer Literate.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel – Account system such as SQL is an added advantage.
Great attention to detail is imperative.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
Strong analytical ability, particularly analyzing in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in developing clear and detailed reports.
As you will be exposed to confidential information, a high degree of professionalism and discretion is a must.
The ability to multi-task is a must.
