pakai slimming products mcm slimming lotion, ampuole, scrub selain exercise konsisten... sy ada jual produk tu tp msh blum pernah mencuba... so xleh nk bg review.. tgu sy dh try dulu br tau keberkesananya..

kalau nak kurangkan gelebeh lemak bawah tangan boleh buat senaman ringan

botol air mineral yang 600ml tu (sebab senang dapat) angkat dengan posisi tangan bengkok ke belakang kepala.. buat le dalam 10-30 kali kiri kanan
