buat seminggu sekali pun ok da.semalam baru asben pun bebel kat saya,dia cakap saya ni asik letih je,da letih jadi pemalas la.saya pun tak tahu kenapa jadi macam ni.saya pun benci diri sendri..
mula la nak cari alternatif ape2 bagi tenaga semula.. |

Hurm...xkan slalu nk mandi bsama kot...ank plak makin mbesar...segan plak kat ank...dlu pnh pakai breast cream,mmg ok..lpas stop dia still kecik blik...skrg ni xtau knapa berat badan makin menurun..kerempeng je...but,thanks for ur idea....

This new syndrome is the umbrella term for a group of non-specific symptoms, and it's become so commonplace it has been recognised by the World Health Organisation.

Having trouble getting up in the morning?
Need coffee, colas, salty or sweet snacks to keep going?
Feeling run down and stressed?
Crave salty or sweet snacks?
Struggling to keep up with life's daily demands?
Can't bounce back from stress or illness?
Not having fun any more?
Decreased sex drive?
Examples of lifestyle factors that may contribute to Adrenal Fatigue:
Poor food choices (white flour, low fibre, sugar, few vegetables or fruit, lack of raw food, etc).
Using sweet or salty food and sweetened or caffeinated drinks as stimulants when tired.
Staying up late even though tired.
Feeling or acting powerless.
Constantly driving yourself.
Trying to be perfect.
Staying in no-win situations.
Doing too few enjoyable and rejuvenating activities.

penyelesaian jangka masa pendek; check in kat hotel yg best sket, pastu lunch kat kedai kopi dia, pastu ptg sket mandi kat swiming pool dia, malam mandi pakai wangian, makan malam dalam bilik pastu terus on baik punya..
klu partner yg belum kawen pun teros bole ngesek.. |
