Kengkadang kita selalu terlepas pandang tentang kadar kelajuan tayar.

Dalam carta nih tak dinyatakan nak mengenal tarikh tayar dikilangkan...

Hmm..terima kasih Armour..baru tahu yg tayar kete saya (Conti CC5 dibina untuk kelajuan maksimum 240km/j walaupun saya bawak paling laju setakat 130km/j (tu pun kekadang je..).

    Kat area DOT akan ada tanda minggu dan tahun tayar dibuat. Jadi lain kali kalo korang nak tukar tayar, sebelum kedai tu pasang tayar baru kat RIM, baik korang check bila tarikh tayar tu dibuat. Manatau ada w/shop jahat bagi tayar dah umur 1-2 tahun

    katanya no tu boleh di rub dan stamp no baru utk kelirukan pembeli.  logik gak sebab benda tu mcm ditampal2 je kat slot tarikh tu.

Speed rating macam kat posting no 1 tu macam yang lama atau mungkin ada kesilapan. Cuba perhatikan yang rating W and Y.  


The speed rating marked on the sidewall of the tyre will be either a single character, or multiple characters defining additional characteristics of the tyre.

Below is a list of the speed symbols and their characteristics:
"N"         For cars with a speed capability not exceeding 140 Km/h (88 Mph)
""         For cars with a speed capability not exceeding 150 Km/h (94 Mph)
"Q"         For cars with a speed capability not exceeding 160 Km/h (100 Mph)
"R"         For cars with a speed capability not exceeding 170 Km/h (106 Mph)
"S"         For cars with a speed capability not exceeding 180 Km/h (113 Mph)
"T"         For cars with a speed capability not exceeding 190 Km/h (119 Mph)
"U"         For cars with a speed capability not exceeding 200 Km/h (125 Mph)
