Role: [Penang] Business Development Executive/Assistant Manager

1. Development: Support Takaful development in Central. Conduct recruitment activities such as Business Opportunity Program (BOP), campaign and promotion.

2. Training: Entice new and existing agents to distribute Takaful products.

3. Project Managerment : Manage multiple projects while working closely with different consultants to execute new developments to provide required support resources; ensuring for proper personnel, equipment, supplies and making transportation arrangements for deployments

4. Sales Management: Manage and monitor production targets as well as forecasting future business. Developing business dashboard for management review and tracking company performances

5. Support Agency Governance and Sales Performance.

Requirements:

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in any fields
• Experience: 5 years
