Responsibilities
-Process vendor invoices for payment.
-Assist quarter-end closing.
-Invoice coding and entry in Accounting Systems.
-Input & validate vendor invoice against purchase order.
-Process reconciliation with other company entity among Asia Pacific region
Requirements
-Min Certificate/Diploma in Accounting
-Min 1 year experience in Accounting clerical / admin support.
-Students on semester break are welcome.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office for data entry into the system.
-Very good command of English & Malay.
