Working Location                 : JOHOR, JOHOR BAHRU (TAMAN PELANGI)

Working Hour                       :9:30am - 6:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary                                  : RM1300 - RM3000 (Based on Experience &Qualifications)

* For Programmer Post,Salary will be discuss during interview.

Job Scope:

·        Troubleshoots and diagnoses POS, PC, Printer andwireless hardware related problems to determine cause of Malfunctions and takeappropriate action to resolve those malfunctions.

·        Solving software issue when required.

·        Provides on-site support when necessary; if notby remote.

·        Provides weekend support on a rotating schedule.(1week of each month)

·        Monitor support calls to ensure timely response.

·        Communicates with all customers on expectedresolution for any malfunctions and issues faced.

·        Hardware installation and disassembly.

·        New store hardware staging, training andin-store setup.

·        Manage rollout of software enhancements andupgrades.

*training will beprovided regarding our software and how to troubleshoot.

·        Standby Allowance provided.

·        Able to claim mileage for onsite service or etc.

·        Those with F&B & MIS experience arewelcome.

Other Term &Conditions :

1.       SPM,Diploma or Degree in IT.

2.       Experiencein Project Management, PC Software,Hardware & troubleshooting.

3.       Programmer:Foxpro, Sql, Server Knowledge

4.       Ableto converse in Basic English

5.       Responsible,hardworkworking and independent

6.       Haveown transport
